Two weeks before departure. Liquid Asset has not been beyond the lift out area in Sovereign Harbour it was a single handed trip though!). The reason; a dreadful Spring and a more than full workload at Watson Wheatley. Nevertheless, Liquid Asset was well prepared and excitement was building in the crew, Bob Comlay and David Keith.
This is the third summer of cruising on Liquid Asset (the second), and being a bit of milestone birthday this year for both Annie and I, I wanted the boat to look in pristine condition. And she did. The bottom had been done as usual, and this year the teak decks and superstructure had all been cleaned and polished. Perhaps done a little too early in the year, but nevertheless she looked great.
Just trying to get things battened down at work. A new client, and couple more in the proof of concept phase made things demanding, but Tom was in command and more than capable of dealing with all eventualities.
